Mostly By Me: So I used a few lines to get the proportions and distances correctly from original photo. The rest was mine. This is Sister Kells, she is a cleric of the Church of Electric Life. So, the Infinite City is set in a time similar to the turn of the century as it became slowly modernized, less Steampunk and more Teslapunk. The Church of Electric Life is centered around the idea of electricity being a unified force that is also a god. They listen for instructions from their god by listening to the static of a giant radio. Sister Kells has improved herself using a bunch of small animal brains connected to vacuum tubes, think of them as outboard secondary processors. More to come later...
